APOCHROMATIC LENS SYSTEM

An apochromatic lens system that offers 2.5 × magnification while allowing an extremely high depth of field of around 100mm and unparalleled resolution. With a working distance of 420mm, you switch effortlessly from 370mm to 470mm distance. We get 90mm of field of view without losing any defenition. our loupes weigh 4g.

An apochromatic or apochromat lens is an improved version of the achromatic lens (or achromat) to provide correction of chromatic and spherical aberrations. The achromat is limited to correcting the focal lengths of two beams of different wavelengths (usually red and blue). The apochromat can correct focal lengths of three different wavelengths.

The residual color dispersion is less than that produced by an achromat, at equivalent aperture and focal length. The apochromat also makes it possible to correct spherical aberrations on two wavelengths, against one wavelength with the achromat.

Correcting the astigmatism of the oblique beams eliminates optical distortions and abberetions.
